What this service includes
Our range of provision is flexible and tailored to the requirements of each project. Every project is individually assessed, however in general terms, our provision would typically include:
Advance procurement and due diligence
Carry out technical appraisals, due diligence and create the project definition. Procurement of subcontractors and consultants and put a management plan in place.
Project planning and executing
Creation and documentation of a project execution plan, including the definition of the project organisation, defining of roles and responsibilities.
Plan, implement and manage costs
Undertake a feasibility study, cost plan and cash flow forecast, implementing control procedures for costs, time and quality.
Third party liaison
Manage all discussion, meetings and documentation with third parties involved in the project, including performance reviews and reporting.
Legal/ financial
Manage all legal contracts and warranty requirements, including commercial advice and negotiation. Identify, document and manage risks and provide financial and progress reports.
Overview and summary management
Organise and chair all appropriate meetings. Manage testing, commissioning and handover procedures.
