Users of a facility we manage:
Your personal data will only be collected and used when responding to a complaint you have made or when completing an incident report in compliance with Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 2013.
Parties contracted to a project we manage (Lender, Investor, Sub-contractor etc.)
Your personal data will be used for contact purposes, project reporting, company secretarial activity (where individuals are SPV Directors) and any other reasonable activity required to enable us to efficiently manage the contract/project.
Why does Pario Limited need to collect and store personal data?
We need to collect personal data in order for us to efficiently provide services to the projects we manage. This would include correspondence, reporting, general communication, escalating issues, activity required to manage the projects etc. In any event, we are committed to ensuring that the information we collect and use is appropriate for this purpose, and does not constitute an invasion of your privacy.
In terms of being contacted for marketing purposes Pario Limited would contact you for additional consent.
Will Pario Limited share my personal data with anyone else?
We may pass your personal data on to third-party service providers contracted to Pario Limited or the clients it represents in the course of dealing with you. Any third parties that we may share your data with are obliged to keep your details securely, and to use them only to fulfil the service they provide you on our behalf. When they no longer need your data to fulfil this service, they will dispose of the details in line with Pario Limited’s procedures.
